**Responsibilities**:

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and manage the implementation of comprehensive and effective HR and organisation policies and practices that support the business strategy and organisation culture in order to enable the effective management and development of organisation and human resources for both the short term and the long term.
- Prepare and present proposals to the management team for HR policies, practices and systems to support the company’s business plans and ensure the implementation of effective practice, within company standards. Ensure that employees are informed through adequate communication tools and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Advise line management on identification and analysis of, and monitor training and development needs in the organisation, plan direct and control the development and implementation of managerial/functional/general training and development collective and individual programmes in order to improve the workforce effectiveness and prepare for future skill requirements.
- Plan, organise and control the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and practices through effective and continuous job and compensation and benefits market analyses, meeting the needs and budgets, in order to provide the framework needed to attract, retain, promote and motivate employees.
- Ensure timely recruitment services that meet line management’s needs for quantity, skills and potential for both the short term and long term development of the business. Create and expand positive relations with recruitment agencies, universities and schools, and promote Dancom as an employer of choice.
- Continually monitor employee relations and attitudes toward the company, adopting pro-active programmes to sustain a positive working environment and constructive two-way communications between management and employees. Ensure employee engagement is achieved as a result of proper HR programmes execution which includes also supervising in-house staff club activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 8 years working experiences. At least 5 years of related in Human Resources or as HRBP
- Working experience in FMCG or electronic equipment is an added advantage
- Experience in wide areas of HR including recruitment, learning & development, performance management
- Possess strong business acumen with ability to build organization effectiveness through HR solutions and best practices.
