**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with audit preparations and provide support during audits.
- Collaborate with the procurement and operations team to track inventory costs and ensure accurate records.
- Provide financial insights to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Handle supplier and contractor payments, ensuring timely disbursements.
- Track receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.

Other job duties and responsibilities as and when required.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Account, Finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in Account/Finance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Chinese, English and Malay)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
