You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to company director's working life and communication.

**Job Description**:

- Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments often controlling access to the Managing Director based on priorities.
- Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Close follow up and following through up to objectives being achieved with relevant parties of important tasks and deadlines on behalf of managing director.
- Typing, compiling, preparing minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence for Managing Director and help with daily time management.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support Managing Director.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and maintain clear record.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, administration and management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to use your own initiative.
- A calm and professional manner.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Strong time-management, organization skills and willingness to work outside normal working hours.
- 1-3 years working experience will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
