Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Dreamztech (M) Berhad, located in Johor Bahru. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level staff by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining an organized workflow. Additional duties include performing a range of clerical tasks, updating records, making travel arrangements, and facilitating efficient communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interaction with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks to ensure seamless scheduling and planning
- Clerical Skills to handle tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management with attention to detail
- Ability to handle a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
