About the role
As a Personal Assistant at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT', you will be a key member of the team, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives. This full-time role is based in Johor, offering the opportunity to work closely with company leadership and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and appointments for senior leaders
- Preparing professional correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives
- Managing travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and following up on outstanding items
- Assisting with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
