We are looking to hire an Events Manager who will be in charge of leading multiple events across different countries. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for creation of an event strategy, planning and setting up events in conjunction with other partners and measuring the success of these events.
Events Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop event and associated content plan
- Plan an allocate or acquire resources required to execute event.
- Work with internal stakeholders for the event.
- Report budget use and spending
- Work closely alongside internal departments and agencies (if any) to ensure a smooth event
- Acts as liaison between the company and external PICs (event agency, venue representative, etc.) throughout the event from start to finish (pre-event, event day, post-event)
- Participate in event site inspections (recce) and rehearsal to ensure that the venue and important tools are in the best condition
- Conduct weekly meetings with the necessary internal departments and external
- Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes
- Coordinate with Finance on clients' invoicing and payment
- Prepare documentation in support of event closure
- Conduct an event de-brief meeting with relevant internal departments after the event
- Develop a post-mortem report after the event
Events Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or master degree
- Prior events experience
- Experience in working client side event's team
- Experience in budget planning
