**Summary**:
Event project executive is the one who oversees and organizes events that will make an impact to a target audience. Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Brief designer for visual related for events.
- Research event ideas (design & concept). Themes. Entertainments. Trends, venues, activities & etc.
- Source & negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise with supplier to ensure timely production delivery.
- Prepare event-related documents (DO, Checklist & etc.)
- Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Be prepared for ad hoc events and last-minute plannings.
- Arrange for event props, tools walkie-talkie and other necessary items.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Mass Communication or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with a diverse community.
- Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content and event ideas.
- Previous experience in event management is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
