1. Handling inbound calls from customers seeking roadside assistance 2. Clarify with the customer regarding their current location & the roadside assistance that they need (Battery, tyre, Fuel Delivery, Car inspection, or Towing services) 3. Inform the dispatcher of the customer's situation & the location they needed to go. **Job Requirement**: - Minimum SPM Holder - Able to work in call center environment (>10 calls per day) - Good communication for both Bahasa Malaysia & English - Able to work in rotational shift hours (7 a.m. - 3 p.m. / 3p.m. - 11 p.m. / 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. ) - Possess own transport (Free Parking provided) as public transport is not available during the night. In addition, MyEG runs private, non-government projects in various markets. SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
