1. Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences, and other project-related events
2. Assisting in mailing, office supply maintenance, and the office tidiness
3. Preparing and processing purchase orders
4. Ensuring PO issuance is within the budget
5. Maintaining and tracking purchase orders
6. Compiling PO commitments information for the approvers
7. Maintaining permits, utilities, and insurance accounts
8. Organizing and assisting in project related documentation
9. General administrative duties such as renewal of contracts, insurance, licences, filing, Job cost tracking etc.
10. Managing the distribution of project information to key partners
11. Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical, and clerical support
12. Using online resources to research information
13. Assisting Kind Accountant as required
14. Statutory Declarations, commissioning, form of contract
15. Establishes and updates records of all correspondence related to tender activity
16. Assists in compiling and preparing tender documents and tender list, including inquiry preparations, request for tender and recommendations for award of contract
17. Bonds and Insurance
18. Create pre-qualification documents for tender
19. Various office and accounting administration duties
20. Other duties as assigned

It has successfully developed past 8 years with project retrofit, service and maintenance.
