**A. What's #YLPByBankIslam All About?**

Imagine yourself gaining hands-on experience, learning from the best, and carving your path to success.

Here's what awaits you:
1. Explore different areas of Bank Islam through **job rotations** over 18 months, discovering where your talents shine.

2. Dive into intensive training sessions, including the renowned **Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).**

3. Get **senior mentorship** from top leaders at Bank Islam, guiding you towards greatness.

4. Secure your future with a **permanent position** that matches your interests and skills after graduating from YLP.

**B. Who Are We Looking For?**

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who:
1. Are **Malaysian** citizens, **aged 26 or younger**, with a hunger for success.

2. Hold a **Bachelor's Degree with good grades, scoring at least 3.50 CGPA or equivalent**,** or a weighted average mark of at least 75%**

3. Are **fresh graduates or have less than a year of work experience after graduation.**

4. Come from **diverse backgrounds - we welcome everyone**

5. **Have digital skills? That's a plus** Whether it's Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Engineering or IT alike, we value your expertise.

6. Love getting involved in activities and showing leadership qualities.

7. Can adapt quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Here's your roadmap to success:
2nd Stage**:Ace the Assessment** - Show us what you've got in the online assessment, coming up in June 2025.

3rd Stage**:Lights, Camera, Action** - Shine in the video assessment, scheduled for July 2025.

4th Stage**:Take on the Challenge** - Gear up for the Al-Falah Business Challenge at our Menara Bank Islam HQ in August 2025.
