**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle order recharges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high service standards by providing clear, helpful, and meaningful communication to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on uncompleted orders, notifying sellers to ensure timely completion.
- Verify product listings on Kaleoz to identify and report any suspicious activities.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the Kaleoz platform and streamline work processes.
- Escalate urgent or high-priority issues to the Senior Officer for further action.
- Support the team with ad-hoc or related tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- SPM or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible support hours.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
