**The Opportunity**

Our partner, an established major distributor of top-quality and technologically advanced medical equipment and consumables in Australia, is growing its marketing team and looking to hire a **Campaign Marketing Lead** to look after the APAC region.

You will be directly reporting to the onshore manager in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise closely with the product managers and business managers to support their marketing campaign needs, define understanding of the brand, and support commercial campaigns
- Plan, create and test campaigns;
- Plan and manage tactics and objectives in line with relevant stakeholders to support marketing, lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-sell or up-sell;
- Assist in and create campaign briefs based on a learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests and behavioural patterns;
- Plan data selection, segmentation and prepare campaign lists. Ensure the systems can support data selection required;
- Improve ROI and customer lifetime value across all campaigns;
- Drive customer insight through the business.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience & understanding in campaign management
- Project management & stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working in a B2B/B2C marketing, Direct Marketing, Multi-channel or Analytical environment;
- Knowledge of social media management & business manager - primarily LinkedIn and some Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Salesforce & Hubspot experience are ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and organizational & analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads to ensure best outcomes for the business
