Product Line Manager

Support implementation and continous improvement of APACS safety management system (SMS). Actively engage all staff.
- Provision of appropriate work places and working environment, which comply with authority (MOE), industrial safety and health requirements. Ensure compliance with employee protection regulations in regard to workplace ergonomics and safety - Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable APACS and authorities rules and regulations at all times
- Provision of assigned Components, Parts and Appliances thereof within the agreed time (on time delivery) and quality at economical conditions. Secure an appropriate scheduling of production.
- Secure that all work will be performed according given and valid rework Processes, Procedures and Instructions.
- Target and performance oriented personnel management - Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of adequate skills by training, crosstraining and regular briefing to meet demand and fulfill all job requirements at all times.
- Secure an appropriate capacity planning and timely allocation of personnel resources - alligned with the expected level of incoming work. - Drive cost and performance driven culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees.
- Continuous optimization or improvement of Processes, Procedures and Working Methods in order to achieve rework all targets.
- Control cost of Component maintenace operation within budget of respective shop.
- Support the Commercial organization in customer acquisition and proposal process; receive and respond in a reasonable timeframe to Customer Service.
- Ensure organization procedures and standards are in place for approved new capability in Component, Part or Appliance rework.
- Develop clear and measurable agreements with all necessary interfaces to ensure traceable performance agreement. Establish a culture with is focused on customer orientation against internal and external customers.
- Ensure sub-contract orders are correctly detailed and all requirements of the order are fulfilled in respect of inspection and quality control.
- Manage scrap parts or material control and its procedures.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management to achieve the Company
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Engineering Degree or its equivalent or Diploma
Minimum 3 years of working experience as supervisory role
MRO / aviation industry / respective technical know how
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
