**About This Role**:
EPOS is looking for a **Telesales Consultant** to join our Sales team and play a critical role in driving new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — identifying potential clients, making impactful connections, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.

You will combine your communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and research capabilities to convert cold calls into warm leads. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hitting targets, and are motivated by high earnings and career growth, this role is for you.

**This is what your job scope will be...**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects for targeted outreach.

**Client Engagement & Appointment Setting**:

- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services.
- Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs.
- Adopt a proactive, goal-oriented approach to drive measurable results.

**Record Management & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Support & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- You have at least **2 years of experience** in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- You are proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** and comfortable using messaging or CRM platforms.
- You are **friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused** in every interaction.
- You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- You can multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
