Job Summary:
Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Descriptions:

- Manage travel, accommodation, and restaurant reservations for business purposes
- Assist on recruitment matters which includes on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Manage monthly bills payments and claims
- Manage stationaries and other office supplies
- Manage drivers’ schedules, OT claims and company car matters
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication, interpersonal skills & time management skills
- Team player, able to work independently under minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
