Project Site Supervisor

1. Able to read drawing and doing site marking.

2. To carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction & installation works.

3. Arrange & delivery materials purchase when site required.

4. Prepare project schedule, plan and specifications by calculating time requirements.

5. Check and ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.

6. Prepare project status reports and recommend actions daily with taking site photo.

7. Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Director.

8. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director.

**Responsibilities**

1. Occasional travel may be required.

2. Overtime is required depend on project building management policy.

3. Must be obey to company policy and respect Director.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferred 2 years'experience in interior design & renovation firm.

2. Understanding and knowledge of interior design.

3. Self-motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, responsibility, result-oriented and a team player.

4. Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

5. Ability to work under pressure.

6. Able to start immediately is an advantage.

7. Multiple work location.

8. Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday Alternate.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
