Executive - Human Resources (Payroll)

I. Payroll Processing
- Process and prepare monthly payroll for all employee types (full-time, part-time, and foreign workers).
- Assist the Operations team in preparing their monthly payroll.
II. Shell Card Management
- Manage Shell card operations, including adding, deleting, processing invoices, and distributing cards to users.
III. Group Insurance Administration
- Oversee group insurance for the Operations team.
- Manage staff insurance enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Process and submit SOCSO claims.
IV. Staff Movement Management
- Maintain accurate records of staff movements in the HR database.
- Ensure the HRMS database reflects the current status of all employees.
V. Staff Confirmation Process
- Send reminders for employee confirmations.
- Follow up on appraisal form submissions.
- Collect and maintain signed duplicate copies of documents.
**Role Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency of MS Office; HRIS systems will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills, proactive, independent.
- Positive attitude to take up responsibility.
- Initiative to attempt for problem solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
- Eagerness to learn
- Willing to work in office based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation when required
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
