Sales & Marketing Admin Executive

**Position Summary**: To provides administrative support for Head of Hospitality & Marketing Section in a well-organized and timely manner.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Clearly understanding of the DXN Hospitality and the nature of its businesses.
3. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
4. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
5. Maintain diary/schedule, coordinate meetings or/and appointments and provide reminders.
6. Receive, screen, and sort according to priority all incoming mail or documents, and respond promptly to inquiries as needed.
7. Coordinate all aspects of needs by superior such as travel arrangement and working or appointment schedule.
8. Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
9. Handling executives' requests and queries appropriatel.
10. Acting as point of contacts between Head of Hospitality & Marketing Section and subordinates or internal/external clients.
11. Handle specific projects as assigned.
12. Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients, develop professional long term business relationships
13. Responds and deliver to other tasks/adhoc that might be mandated and ordered by immediate superior as part of the flexibility and multi-tasking being demanded by the position
**Qualification and Experiences**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or any related field.
2. Proven working experience in administration (Hospitaility preferred).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
4. Good in Bahasa Melayu and English for both oral and written skills.
5. A keen eye for details for accuracy and the ability to think out of the box.
6. Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, display attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
7. Proactive and able to work independently with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive. to take initiative and ability to perform under pressure
8. Excellent time management skills
9. Ability to work well within a team environment and ,multi tasking.
10. Able to work beyond normal office hours (sometimes weekends) during peak periods
