**Qualifications & experience**
- Able to work independently with mínimal of supervision
- Sense of ownership and takes pride in responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Required skill: Microsoft office & Excel
- Preferable speak and written in English & Mandarin
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Perform general day to day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence
- Process purchase requests for purchase list, follow up with the arriving, inform users if variance happens, take correction action or find alternatives
- Responsibility of HR- related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, preparing monthly salary, submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
- Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing staff claims & OT, tracking expenses, tracking account receivable, filling
- Prepare monthly report
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required
