**Job Summary**:
The Quality Control Assistant will support the Quality Control team in monitoring, inspecting, and testing materials and finished products to ensure meet company and client standards. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality output, minimizing defects, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials and components for defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks on products, including measurements, functionality, and appearance.
- Record inspection results accurately and report non-conformities to the Superior.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues.
- Help maintain documentation such as inspection reports, test data, and quality logs.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma or certification in quality or manufacturing preferred).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role, ideally in building products or construction materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle materials and equipment safely.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Proactive and organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with operable walls, partition systems, or architectural products is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
