HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle payroll processing, including salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Organize and maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
3. Prepare recruitment documents, assist with job postings, and schedule interviews.
4. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
5. Prepare EA forms and submit e-filing for employees at the end of the year.
6. Keep track of office and pantry supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready.
7. Monitor and follow up on utility bills and office payments to ensure they are up-to-date.
8. Help organize staff events and training sessions.
9. Ensure renewals for insurance, road tax, and business licenses are tracked and completed.
10. Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or Diploma (HR background is a plus)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle stress and work under pressure
**Job Type**: Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
