We are seeking a qualified **IOW (C&S/ARCHITECTURAL)** to join our team for our project in Tiulon, Keningau.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction of projects to ensure procedures and materials of construction comply with contract plan, quality and specifications
- Oversee construction of projects to ensure completion on schedule and procure issuance of progress billings for stages of completed works
- To monitoring quality control of contractor’s performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction method, administering day to day matters arising between consultants and Contractors on unspecified elements of works; & rectification works not complying with Consultant’s specified requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor construction work as per contract specifications and standards to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications and standards
- Carry out inspection and test as per inspection and test plans and use at quality control mechanisms in the quality management system
- Implement policies, procedures and activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
- Review deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction
- Issue memo to contractors for work not comply with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications
- Liaison with consultants, contractors and resident personnel for defect rectification work during the Defect Liabilities Period.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least **2-5 years** working experience in C&S/ Architectural
- Minimum Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit any other relevant design software for review and design.
- **Registered** with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- **Willing to be based in Keningau**:

- **Availability**: Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
