**Warehouse Operation - JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**
- Handling and maintenance of production lines such as standard operating procedures (SOP), workflow.
- Managing incoming and outcoming shipments and containers.
- Arranging the shipments and containers in order based on batch, product brands etc.
- Control product quality and brands. On spot reporting to the Head of Department immediately for any issue occurring.
- Filing management and keeping records without leacking to any third parties or unnecessary people.
- Completed any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Job scope changes from time to time depending on the company's requirements.

**Production Planner - JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**
- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Estimating the amount of materials, equipment, and labor required for production.
- Control quality of raw materials and schedule plan of production.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production problems to minimize delays in production.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are meeting
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Completed any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Job scope changes from time to time depending on the company's requirements.

**Quality Controller - JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods.
- Daily check assembly or production line adhere to standards and procedures and comply with legal requirements.
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
- Recording inspection results (reports, input data into quality database).
- Provide training to the production team on quality control measures to enhance excellence products.
- Proposal improvements to production process.
- Monitoring the utilisation of equipment.
- Updates job knowledge.
- Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
- Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated correctly.
- Maintenance services and measuremnt of equipment operating accurately and follow calibration requirements.
- Ability to complete any ad-hoc task assigned by the Head of Department and supervisor.
- Job scope changes from time to time according to company' needs.
