Pre-Sales, execution and project management for Strategy Project (Business Planning, BPR, DX Planning, Change Management and research). Sub-lead Strategy Sector including development of Junior Consultant Communicate with SME in Japan and others

**Job Description
- The Strategy Service Line Team Lead will be responsible in producing necessary support during Strategy’s pre-sales proposal preparation and for managing/ driving Strategy’s project from inception to completion within project scope, budget, and quality.
- The role is expected to provide expert knowledge in business consulting especially on the related area pertaining Business Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, DX Planning, Change Management, and research.
- It will also require a good command in communication and writing in Japanese and English. Continuous communication requirement will include to our global Strategy team’s / industry experts and clients.
- He/she should also be comfortable in managing client’s stakeholders which includes the management.
- As part of our development process, the role is required to develop/coach junior resources in related areas to have necessary knowledge as business consultants.
- Communicate with Japanese expats who are dedicating to business consulting projects with JMNC clients.
- To collaborate with Industry BU when they make proposal to add value on top of IT implementation.

**Strategy Team Lead - Must Have’s\**
- Improvement of business processes/reengineering of business processes/client transformation/project management
- Primary criteria: business process improvement/reengineering/research
- Creating and expanding the service line
- To nurture and develop junior consultants
- Someone who is familiar with business processes such as presales, education, and project management, as well as preparing proposals in collaboration with industry consultants.
- Project management and leadership are required if other project managers are unavailable, be able to take over from beginning to end.
- Be familiar with and confident in business planning, digital transformation, change management, and research.
- Be the point of contact in Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and other countries.
- Have consulting firm experience.
- Priority

- BPR- go to client analyze business processes and make improvements in business perspective and outcomes, could be manual or manual, or system automation or whole environment landscape whether in ERP or so forth.
- Ability to work independently.
- Not overly IT-centric
- to understand the processes
- it is critical to have someone who understands the processes and can engage in new business processes.
- Speaking 10/10, written 6 or 7/10
- Working in a team consists of about 7-8 members.
