Director of Operational Excellence and Change

Job Purpose
- The Operational Excellence and Change Management Director is responsible for ensuring constant improvement across the organization processes and systems in alignment with the company’s strategy.

- This requires a deep understanding of both the business and its customers, as well as a strong grasps of process improvement techniques on how to improve the organizations performance through process optimization.

- Working with various stakeholders, the Operational Excellence Manager needs to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to encourage the right behaviors, observing the metrics, encourage results and appropriate rewards.
Outcome Measurements
- Set metrics from all departments for consistent alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Provide constant assessment of current processes and implement process improvements across all departments; leasing, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, etc.
- Comply with all internal policies, bylaws and regulations.
- Provide leadership direction on industry best practices which are pragmatic and adaptable to our operating environment.
- Build high-performing organization through effective coaching and leadership.
Key Result Areas/ Responsibilities
- Define operational metrics that leads towards achieving organization wide strategic goals.
- Define processes and workflows, and implement tools and technology to drive productivity, efficiency and cost savings - within budget.
- Define Risk mitigation strategies to prepare and reduce the negative effects of threats and disasters on business continuity.
- Share the change mindset across the organization.
- Improve overall staff and customer satisfaction rate.

**Qualifications**:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent with minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Industry experience in management consulting, property management and investments are plus points.
- Advance knowledge with Excel, Database structures, BI (Power BI, etc).
- Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes required
Related Experience
- Solid background of experience and an impressive track record of innovation and attainment of goals in complex organizations, especially in a global enterprise environment and matrix organizations.
- Experience in directing and managing within a dynamic and challenging environment, working inclusively through people in a multi-cultural environment to achieve shared objectives.
- Total Quality Management certification, Six Sigma, etc.
**Salary**: RM18,000.00 per month
