Bid Manager Lead

What you'll do
- You will report to Exec Dir Bid Management to contribute towards orchestrating and developing highly complex to strategic technical and commercial proposals during a sales pursuit.
- You will be part of the global bid management team and coordinate all required solutions and pricing reviews for the assigned opportunity that are complex and strategic.
- You will collaborate with members from the Customer Solutioning organization and CBU/SSU in completing the required customer-facing document on time and with high quality.
- You will ensure all new sales and renewals of existing business comply with CSG’s governance processes.
- You will drive complex and strategic deal qualification reviews and provide initial assessment for commercial/technical fit.
- You will be part of Sales Engagement in assigned complex opportunities. Work with Sales and Business Solution Consultants to bring them internally for qualification and proposal preparation.

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technical, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- At least 12 years’ experience as a bid management professional or presales working with a sales team to develop detailed proposals and contracts.
- Experience in software-as-a-service sales model within the telecommunications and cable industry.
- Experience managing a cross functional team in a matrix organization to complete customer-facing documents that are strategic and highly complex.
- Advanced business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the complex sales cycles.
