Develops and manages facilities process, guidelines and policies within a region in accordance with relevant safety, ISO, BCP, risk management and other regulatory requirements.
- Manages facilities and maintenance operation within a region in accordance with relevant safety, ISO, BCP, risk management and other regulatory requirements.
- Develops site-level emergency response plan and business continuity plan across regional portfolio.
- Document control and audit to ensure site operation complies to guidelines, policies and regulations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the requirement specifications stipulated in contracts meet the needs of the organisation to keep the facilities well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of facilities management professionals to ensure timely delivery of facilities-related maintenance services.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure output delivery is in line with ISO:41001 requirements.
- Document control and book-keeping of facilities documents.
- Partake and lead in ISO:41001 certifications, surveillance, and renewal.
- Plan, training, lead and documenting emergency response plans, table-top exercises, and drills across region.
- Ensure that facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Optimise the use of space within facilities to meet organisational needs.
- Address concerns and ensure that facilities support the overall goals and objectives of the organisation.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements related to facilities management.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing facilities-related compliance and operation at a regional or similar level.
- Willingness to travel overseas for regional projects.

**Leadership and Management Skills**:

- Experience in team management related to facilities.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage resources efficiently.
- Soft skills and experience in negotiation for process buy-ins with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex facilities management issues.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning for facilities management, including practicability, safety and future planning.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices and the ability to integrate environmentally friendly initiatives into facilities management processes.

Pay: RM9,450.00 - RM10,300.00 per month
