About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to drive growth in Malaysia and Singapore's semiconductor market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and key industry players, while positioning our solutions as essential to their success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry to expand market presence, develop strategic partnerships, and lead revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Account Management
Leverage existing networks to target semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, and supply chain partners in Malaysia and Singapore.Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets.Provide both technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.Market Penetration & Growth
Identify emerging opportunities in Malaysia and Singapore's semiconductor ecosystem (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly/testing, R&D centers).Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies to gain market share.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with R&D, engineering, and product teams to align offerings with customer needs (e.g., yield improvement, process optimization).Provide customer feedback to internal teams for product enhancement.Negotiation & Compliance
Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and service terms.Ensure contracts comply with international trade regulations (e.g., export controls, Incoterms).What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor industry (equipment, materials, or services).Industry Connections: Proven track record of selling to semiconductor manufacturers (e.g., Intel Malaysia/Singapore, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, local fabs).Existing Client Relationships: Strong connections with procurement, engineering, or C-suite stakeholders.Skills & Competencies
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition).Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills in sales presentations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.Language Proficiency: English is required; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong plus.Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia & Singapore and occasionally internationally.Why Join Us?
