**Responsibilities**
- Establish good working relationship with existing database of part time and full time promoters.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting promoters through existing database, advertising, referrals and etc.
- Posting job advertisements on Job Portals.
- Conducting phone or face to face interviews to identify suitable promoters.
- Conducting job briefing and training.
- Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and event set up as assigned.

**Requirements**
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, takes initiative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses the right attitude and passion towards recruitment.
- Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
