**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and address any challenges.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Update daily recruitment reports and maintain accurate records in the Monday system.
- Support ad hoc HR activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Comfortable engaging with people and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, confident and outspoken.
- Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
- A team player with good initiative, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
