About the role

We are seeking a talented HR cum Account Executive to join our team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN SD DYNAMIC GLOBAL SDN BHD'. In this full-time position based in Setapak Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources and Recruiting functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify top talent
  3. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  4. Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  5. Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and compliance
  6. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  7. Contribute to the overall success of the HR and Recruiting teams

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or Recruiting role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
  6. Knowledge of local HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  7. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
