About the Role:

Looking for a dynamic role who keen to grow towards a management role. We're seeking a proactive Admin cum HR Executive to keep our office running smoothly and support our people and operations. You'll be at the heart of our team, managing administration, driving HR processes, and helping create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Keep daily office operations organized: correspondence, filing, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation (digital & physical).
  • Support finance tasks such as petty cash, invoices, and claims.

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment: job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll support
  • Coordinate staff engagement, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

Event & Operations Support

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and team activities.
  • Provide on-site support during programs, including logistics, registration, and coordination.
  • knowledge on marketing or content creation is a plus

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in admin or HR roles.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR knowledge is a plus.
  • Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferable able to speak and write in Chinese
