Job Responsibilities

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
  • Prepare offer letters, notices, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Prepare monthly administrative and HR reports.
  • Handle daily office operations, invoices, and office purchases.
  • Support branch operations and internal communications.
  • Calculate and process monthly staff payroll.
  • Manage statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
