For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in _**Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.**_

**Project**: Printing/Digital services

**Basic salary**:RM2,200 + KPI Bonus

**Working days**: 5 days work, 2 days off

**Working hours**: 2 fixed shifts (up to 6pm only)

**Responsibilities**
- Handle Inbound and Outbound call to customer inquiries related to the printing/digital products (e.g.: online purchase, warranty registration, repair services, product guideline)
- Liase with other department is needed
- Assist with the administrative task assigned by superior
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Open to entry level (no experienced needed)
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
