Position : Customer Service Executive (Full Time)
Intake Date : 3rd November 2025
Working Location : UOA Business Park (nearby LRT Subang Jaya)
Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)
Working Hours : 24hrs Rotational
Basic Salary : RM2200-RM2400 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Attend / answer incoming calls from customer
Identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
Committed to exceptional customer service with empathy and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM (COMPULSORY)
Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
Must be able to work on Rotating Shift
