Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service for all general telephone / e-mail enquiries.
- Provide high standard of accuracy with bookings to our customers.
- Revert to customers with information which relate to their booking request and action accordingly with the required documentation.
- Update and maintain Vessel/voyage profile and sailing schedule.
- Verify and process roll over shipments.
- Follow-up / liaison with customers for any discrepancy arise from Shipping Instruction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
- Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
