**Customer Service Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide service advisory, including explaining admission requirements and procedures to customers.
- Coordinate and liaise with fellow colleagues regarding the service status of customers.
- Address and resolve customer feedback with professionalism and proper closure.
- Assist with billing, payment collection, and end-of-day settlement processes.
- Follow up tactfully with customers to ensure timely repayments.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks of the centre.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in computer skills and general PC literacy.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
