**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound and Outbound Management**: Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
- ** Inventory Control**: Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess. Implement strategies for accurate forecasting and inventory turnover.
- ** Safety and Quality Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 9001 requirements.
- ** Customer Service Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a diverse team of 60 staff members, including training, performance management, and professional development.
- ** Labor Supplier Management**: Collaborate with labor suppliers to ensure adequate staffing levels and manage performance expectations.
- ** Lean Operations**: Implement lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the distribution process.
- ** Operational Strategy Development**: Develop and execute operational strategies to improve distribution processes and achieve organizational goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in lean manufacturing or operations.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a warehouse setting.
