**Job Title**: Operations Executive

**Location**: Puchong HQ (office and outlets)
**Reports to**: Operations Manager / CEO

**Company Overview**:
Huo Long Malatang is a rapidly expanding F&B brand known for our unique Malaysian-style Malatang experience. With multiple outlets across key locations, we are committed to operational excellence, consistent quality, and a collaborative team culture.

**Role Summary**:
The Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across all outlets. This role involves ensuring SOP compliance, coordinating with outlet teams, assisting in performance tracking, and supporting new store setups and special projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outlet Operations**
- Conduct routine outlet visits to monitor service, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ensure staff adhere to company SOPs and brand guidelines
- Identify and help resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

**Performance Monitoring**
- Track and compile daily and weekly sales and operations reports
- Monitor outlet KPIs including sales, manpower, and food cost control
- Assist in conducting quality control audits and ensuring follow-up on action plans

**Team Coordination**
- Liaise between HQ and outlet staff to ensure clear communication
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, new SOPs, and initiatives
- Assist in coordinating training schedules and onboarding of new hires

**Expansion and Project Support**
- Assist in pre-opening preparations for new outlets including setup and test runs
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, installation, and outlet readiness
- Support implementation of systems like POS updates, loyalty programs, and digital menus

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations (hotpot or casual dining preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Must have your own transport
