**Roles and Responsibilities**
Dept support (15%)
- Assist new agents on boarding and participate in new agents on boarding logistic
- Managing the building maintenance including office for agencies.
- Attend to telephone call and take appropriate actions
- Be responsible for for department meeting arrangement and ensure update of progress status from on periodic basis.
- Keep track and monitor of agents business progress report and activities

Administrative Duties (30%)
- Check department staff claims
- Check and monitor travelling claims for dept staff
- Keep track on staff internal/external training
- Monitor on dept staff leave records to ensure proper work activities management
- Design business flyers / collaterals for short and long term incentive

Budget Planning Coordination and Control (20%)
- Keep track of departmental expenses and highlight to HOD to make sure the proper control
- Prepare the quarterly and monthly breakdown expenses to
- Finance upon receiving their instructions

Payment and Approval Process (20%)
- Check invoices against quotations
- Ensure payments are in accordance to the Compliance Guidelines before seeking approval

Reports (15%)
- Preparing the periodic management reports, including regional reporting (contests, daily reporting)

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma holder and above.
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the insurance industry.
- Independent and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
