  • Develop and execute all recruitment and productivity strategies. Identify and leverage on diverse recruitment channels, including online platform, professional networks, industry events and internal referrals.
  • Create awareness of the importance of recruitment and productivity among the agency force by implementing relevant projects and initiatives.
  • Drive the development of innovative recruitment tool (e.g. digital and marketing contents) to enhance outreach effectiveness and support for agency force.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends, analyze competitor recruitment tactics, and implement best practices in agency recruitment.
  • Monitor, track and report on key recruitment metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies and regulations

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • At least 10 years experience in a similar industry, with proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and high performing teams.
  • Strategic and organizational agility, excellent execution track record, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
