**Role Highlights**:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team. Your responsibilities include streamlining internal processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Streamline internal sales processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Support the sales team in managing clients and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist in preparing international moving proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing for seamless lead generation execution.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide necessary information or support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team for timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales coordination or support is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
