**Internship Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team in the Digital Marketing, Sales, and Marketing departments. This internship provides a comprehensive learning experience, allowing interns to gain practical skills and knowledge in their chosen field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others relevant to our industry.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new creative ideas that align with NW Group’s goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

**Marketing**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms and company website.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Support the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Help organize and coordinate promotional events.

**Sales**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating leads.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
