**Product / Production Engineer and Supervisor**

**We’ll trust you to: -**
- **Planning** production schedule and materials
- **Management of production team** manpower
- **Leadership** to motivate and communicate between production team and management
- Communicate with Sales department and **assigns production task**:

- **Conduct reviews** of production processes try to identify and improve efficiency
- Always **ensure efficiency**, **productivity,** and **cost effectiveness**.
- **Ensure** **safety working** conditions in workplace.
- **Quality assurance** and **Standards compliances**.
- Product **R&D**and **innovation**.

**What you’ll need: -**
- A degree in or related to Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- A good team player and able to communicate well in English, Mandarin (both written & spoken) and Cantonese is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant manufacturing background is preferred

**We’d love to see: -**
- Experience with CAD software, MS Office package
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Produce deliverables on-time according to schedules.
- Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented, able to handle task independently with effective output
- Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new skills and technologies
- Self-starter, self-motivated, independent and possess willingness to learn

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
