Responsibilities:

- Prepare and handle all necessary related to admin, operation and transportation documents.
- To liaise and follow up with the relevant parties.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers concerning pick up and delivery arrangements.
- Manage and control spare parts for after sales service
- Handling schedule for technicians on repairing item
- Must be well verse in English and Bahasa
- Updates the transport schedule accordingly and arranges for delivery schedule.
- Handle all communications in all shipment-related issues.
- Prepare the report & supporting documents as requested by the management.
- To handle registration/renewal of the trucks with relevant parties.
- Perform any ad hoc task given by management

Requirement:

- SPM / Certificate / fresh graduates in any field
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Good time-management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary range : RM1800 - RM2800
