Join us as Product Marketing Specialist for the Electrification Smart Building Business where you will be Implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy besides implementing all marketing activities and supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products. Reporting to Product Marketing Manager and this position will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the local go-to market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions, product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Achieving product marketing targets, budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business units/product groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales team(s)
- Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each salesperson. Facilitating know-how sharing and cross collaboration

**Your background**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in Engineering product management/sales
- Experience in low voltage/medium voltage or distribution solutions product portfolio preferred
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong product-to-market sense
- Experience in Local Certification Application processes for engineering products (Eg. SIRIM/JKR/Suruhanjaya Tenaga) in an added advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and ability to influence both internally and externally
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
