**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Product Specialist at Truvisor.io. The Product Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including analyzing customer requirements, providing sales support, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with the Channel and Inside Sales Team. This role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Job Scope**
- Have general (fundamental) knowledge of IT Security and Cybersecurity.
- To work with the product principal team and regional team to manage all product-related activities such as sales, marketing, product support etc.
- To support all product-related requests from customers and channel partners.
- To work with team to build, follow-up, and retain more key customer accounts as well as channel partner accounts.
- To work with the team on achieving the sales target provided.
- To build knowledge on product solution offerings and achieve required product certification.
- Take ownership of leads/opportunities
- Prepare Presentations & Sales Reports
- Prospect & manage the entire sales cycle.
- Provide Quotation to Resellers

**Qualification**
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful with lots of initiative.
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
