Minimum Qualification : Graduated in Degree of Business, Sales, marketing or a science related field

Years of Experience     : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Food/ Nutraceuticals/ Supplements Industry/medical/pharmaceutical industry (Fresh grad are welcome to apply)

• Comprehensive understanding of nutrition, food science, and health-related concepts,including industry trends and scientific literature.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including formulation, application, and marketpositioning.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance for nutraceutical products.4. Familiarity with competitor offerings and market trends in the health and nutrition industry.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining product concepts to audiences – consultative approach.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and interpreting clinical studies (scientific evidence) to support product strategy.
• Skilled in building a professional presence both in-person and on social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Ability to conduct effective product training sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for handling client inquiries and productrelated challenges.

• Natural ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing product specifications and ensuring accuracy in communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple product-related projects effectively.

• Act as a professional product specialist for Nexus Wise's nutraceutical products (eg. product benefits, dosage, application and etc.)
• Develop and deliver product presentations and training sessions for clients and share valuable insights with sales teams.
• Able to look for comprehensive product documentation, including white papers from the correct file location to solve FAQs from customers.
• Collaborate with PDI and marketing teams to align product strategies with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation.6. Address customer inquiries with detailed and accurate product knowledge.
• Support sales efforts by providing detailed product information and guidance.
• Conduct monthly outstation visits to customers to strengthen relationships and build trust.
• Schedule and attend 10 physical meetings weekly, including one lunch meeting with a prospect or customer, to foster engagement and rapport.
• Proactively seek new leads and diligently follow up on customer inquiries to drive sales opportunities.
• Align daily activities with the company's 4C values, ensuring consistency and adaptability in all tasks.
• Maintain discipline, practice effective time management, and demonstrate persistence in completing daily job tasks.
• Ensure timely submission of report updates to suppliers to maintain transparency and efficiency.
• Obtain accurate customer forecasts to support the sales improvement process.
• Actively listen, focus on, and understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about market trends through regular reading and research.
• Participate in training programs to develop and refine sales skills and personal growth.
• Constantly update product price list.
