- We are looking for an Asia Requisition to Pay Process Champion, to support activities in all the Supplier Services departments: Vendor Master Data, PO Coordinators, Scanning + Accounts Payable, Disbursements, T&E and Credit Card administration.
- As a Process Champion you will belong to a cross functional team of Process Strategy, Optimization and System Integrations. This larger team owns the global work processes and SAP enterprise design for Customer to Cash, Payroll, and Requisition to Pay.
- You will be involved in developing new and improving existing processes for the Requisition to Pay area, while driving global consistency and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for the integration of both newly acquired and organically grown business into the existing digital technology landscape for the ASIA area.

As Process Champion, you will**:

- Lead and Support new tools and process implementations in Asia Pacific
- Lead Merger & Acquisition related corporate strategies in AsiaPac, with the support of the Global Process Manager.
- Best-practice sharing and process convergence between Supplier Services sub streams
- Ensure the teams are up to date on current processes and documentation is updated

**What you should have**:

- 2 years Project Execution experience and an understanding of Shared Services Centers.
- Able to work virtually across cultures and functions.
- Strong influencing, communication, and planning skills
- Highly analytical and structured.
- Proficient in English and preferably other Asian languages.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- High level SAP skills within a FI/MM environment.
