MARINE CREATION SDN BHD (MCSB) (Reg. No. 965806-U), was incorporated on 27 October 2011 and based in Kuala Lumpur. The Company is registered with the Ministry of Finance, Petronas, Shell, TNB, Sime Darby, Felda and other companies. It is a fully owned Bumiputera Company. MCSB has two core businesses, Chemical Tankers and Offshore Support Vessel. MCSB is engaging in transportation chemical cargoes, clean petroleum products, vegetable oils and dry bulk cargoes such as coal, urea and others. On Offshore front, we owned and operate vessels for oil companies such as Petronas and Exxon in Malaysia waters. In addition to that, we are the Manager for Consortium of owners operating a pool of chemical tankers servicing PCM Chemical cargoes COA. The COA allows us to support Petronas in distribution of their Chemical cargoes domestically as well in ASIA region. The other business activities undertaken by the Company are Harbour Tugs, Ship Chartering and Broking, Sale and Purchase, Cargo Trading and Marine Consultancy.
